How I became a Personal Trainer in Yorkshire
Since I was a teenager, I have struggled with my weight and at school avoided as much physical activity as possible. In my 20's I began to take an interest in my diet, joined a gym and the pounds fell off.

In my early 30's during my first pregnancy I gained a massive 7 stone with my weight soaring to 17 stone. I needed to do something! I realised that the only way to control and maintain a healthy weight was to exercise regularly and make the exercise a part of my lifestyle.

At 44 I am now stronger, more flexible and have more stamina than ever before which has enabled me to qualify as a personal trainer in the hope of teaching others the safest and most effective methods of exercising and providing nutritional guidance to facilitate this process and most importantly proving that it is never too late.
